All orders will be processed within two days and shipped within five maximum. We will try our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice of the item/s and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

All of our delivery methods are fully track and traceable.
Domestic orders are sent using Couriers. Although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If the order has not arrived by then please email email@example.com with your order number and contact details.
If you are in a rush to get the bottles/box, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.
International orders are shipped using NZ Post. It takes up to 14 working days depending on where you are, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed (provided it doesn't get stopped in customs). If the order has not arrived by then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details.
We also offer express shipping with DHL for only a little bit more so make sure you check the shipping drop down for options at the check out.
